How long will it take or me to receive my item(s)?

***DUE TO COVID19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS***

Shipping: 

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail.DOMESTIC shipping at this time only.  Once payment has been received, you will receive all tracking notifications through email/text based on your preference selection . Items are shipped within 7-14 business days items are handmade with love as you order and some are made in small amounts prior. Please do not contact about order unless it has been over 14 business days. 

Local Pick-up

IF YOU ARE UNAVAILABLE TO PICK UP AT THAT DATE PLEASE CHOOSE SHIPPING. If you choose pick-up and respond to the email Thursday saying you can't make it, an invoice for Shipping will be emailed and your order will be shipped out. If you don't meet up and don't communicate your order will be canceled and you will be issued store credit. 
**YOU WILL HAVE TO COME TO THE ADDRESS THAT WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL. I am located in Arlington, TX. 

My Package is lost, damaged or stolen!

Once packages have been placed in the hands of USPS carriers , it is no longer our responsibility.Once packages are in the hands of the carrier and states that it is DELIVERED, if you believe that your package is lost or stolen  please contact the carrier and then email us with the claim number they provide you.  ***NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL***.
If package is deemed lost or stolen by carrier items that are available will be replaced if not store credit will be given. 
For damaged packages please keep all packaging and take pictures for insurance claim with the carrier
**signature on delivery is an added option which provides extra security! Add to cart if you want this service
***If a package is returned back to me I will reach out , you will be responsible in paying a fee to have the package resent. If address is incorrect you have 24 hours to email us with order number, after you need an address change after 24 hours, a fee is required to update address. 
 

I'm allergic to some of the product ingredients 

Please read all the ingredients listed on the product description before purchasing, if you are allergic to any products and purchase and use the products NyceNaturals is not responsible. Please Always do a patch test on skin before use and discontinue use of the product and seek medical attention if reaction occurs.

 Once items are sold out, it will be restocked at the next Restock Date! Please subscribe to our email and check our instagram and Facebook pages for restock dates and times. 

My whipped soap or body butter has melted, what do I do!?

Nobody likes to receive a hard product! If your product is exposed to any heat either during transit or waiting to be picked up there is a possibility that it has melted. No worries, let's bring it back to life! Melt the items either in a double boiler (scooping products out of container), or melt in the microwave in a microwave safe container, allow it to cool down and then mix with a hand mixer and it will become creamy! You will know it's ready when your able to scoop it out with your fingers like whipped cream or cool whip! Place product back in container and you are good to go! 

Will your products cure my skin/hair condition?

Although I would love for my products to be able to help everyone , I am aware that It doesn’t work like that. I am no medical professional, I can only provide the best products that I think will help ease any conditions you may have and hopes of providing a solution to your body/hair needs! If you are taking certain medicines,please do not stop but rather consult with your doctor about the ingredients to see and make sure it will not interfere with anything that may be prescribed to you as some essential oils may affect a medication. Please also consult with your  doctor before use if you are pregnant. Do not ingest  

Can I combine my orders so I do not have to pay double shipping?

Shipping cannot be refunded,Before checking out please make sure you have purchased everything you are wanting :)
 
I am not satisfied with my order , can I get a refund? 

Due to the nature of all products being handmade we do not accept return of items or issue refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL . I would be highly upset at myself that you are not satisfied as I strive to provide the best quality products but I understand. If their is an error on my end (ex: me forgetting an item, packaging the wrong products size , incorrect product sent out)  I will replace at no charge or issue store credit.
